This Digital Millennium Copyright Act(“DMCA”) Policy(“Policy”) applies to the Apktio.com website(“Website” or “Service”) and all related products and services(collectively, “Services”). It explains how the Website operator(“Operator”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) responds to copyright infringement notifications and how users(“you”, “your”) may submit a copyright complaint.

Notifications of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content on our Services infringes your rights, you may submit a written copyright infringement notification(“Notification”) pursuant to the DMCA.
Your Notification must meet all DMCA requirements, including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on our Services.
- Sufficient contact information(name, address, phone number, email).
- A good faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized.

Once a valid Notification is received, we will:

- Remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing material(if appropriate)
- Notify the affected user and provide them a copy of your Notification
If the Notification is incomplete or invalid, the Operator may choose not to take action.
Counter-Notifications
A user who receives a copyright infringement Notification may submit a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2) and(3). The counter-notification must:
- Identify the material that was removed or restricted.
- Provide the user’s contact information.
- Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed or restricted due to mistake or misidentification.
- Include consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S.federal court.
- Include the user’s physical or electronic signature.
If a valid counter-notification is received, we may forward it to the original complainant.

The Operator reserves the right to take no action if a counter-notification fails to meet all legal requirements.
Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above. We may also notify you through other means, such as your contact information if provided.
Your continued use of the Website and Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
